WEEK 1. ON-BOARDING

“Your pain has a story. I’ll help you rewrite it.” We start by understanding your story. This week is all about ‘you’

, building trust, setting the tone and getting your personalised plan in motion. Personal thoughts – why are you here? (What is your ‘why’) and expectations. Pain points, health history & medication, ongoing appointments, if any

(GP/Consultant/Hospital), age, weight, lifestyle and activities. Likes/dislikes, barriers, blocks. (adapt programme and personalise).

Test-based Nutrition – Health consultation. Who are Zinzino? What is the Balance

Oil and how will it help and benefit me?

Complimentary Balance Test to be posted to client, to ascertain Omega 6:3 levels

(factor of chronic pain and inflammation). Starter kit of Balance Oil/AquaX, 2-3 months’

supply. (any red flags? Health & prescribed meds). Resources (fact sheets and videos).

WEEK 2. MINDSET

Addressing your fears of pain, self-confidence and lack of Self-belief. Confidence to move! You can do something about it! Procrastination, mental health & triggers (if any?). How to cope.. Motivation, positivity and Wellness Journals. Slides. Reflection task and exercise practice at home).Live Posture Analysis, Programme overview with exercise demo. Passive relaxation 15 min live session, to help with stress and fear. Enable them to practice at home.

WEEK 3. MOVEMENT & EXERCISE

Quite extensive - mindset, principles of exercise, discuss the personal programme and goals/outcome. Exercise for your chronic pain and types. When to Stop/increased pain. Importance of stretching and aftercare. (slides). Go over

exercise rehab plan and self-help at home. Importance of ‘The Mind Body connection.’ (Homework – reading and reflection).

WEEK 4. PRACTICAL EXERCISE FROM PROGRAMME

Live techniques, breathing and consistency. Looking at your diet. Healthy eating, nutritional health and Test-

based/Zinzino. (Slides and Resources). Possible subscription as a Premier Member and invitation to Zoom presentations.

WEEK 5. BARRIERS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Practical exercise and recap on mindset, barriers and accountability. Seated or standing. Update on Programme/progression/adaptation and level of pain. Passive relaxation 20 min live session.

WEEK 6. PRACTICAL EXERCISE

Self-help exercises and how to use ice and heat. What is active rest? How to relax. Passive relaxation, 20 min live session.

WEEK 7. UPDATE ON PROGRAMME

Any progression? Live exercise session (30 mins). Consistency & accountability to continue. Self-confidence.

WEEK 8. PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS

Amendments of programme if needed. Re-cap of how, when and why!

WEEK 9. REVIEW ADDITIONAL COURSE ADD-ONS -EXTENSIONS

Preparing now you’ve reached week 9… fantastic! Well done! Follow on programme or adding on a mini course extension if preferred, for continuation. Exercise, mindset, Test-based update and what’s next. Exercise and Relaxation.

WEEK 10. FINAL TASKS & REFLECTION

Review. Adaptations, Progression, Exercise overview and updated programme. Live exercise session of any new rehab exercises. Mindset ready? Have we progressed? Let’s discuss and re-cap on what you’ve learnt and achieved.

Zinzino options moving forward, resources and preparing for 2nd blood test (after 120 days). Final Tasks & Reflection.
