As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm candle-lit room filled with soft sensory sounds and gentle aromas. You’ll be tucked up warm and comfortable on a heated couch, allowing your body to fully relax and let go.

Before the massage begins, I guide you through a gentle passive relaxation and meditation, helping to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. Many clients say this moment alone feels like they’ve finally found their “zen”.

From here, your journey continues into a flowing full-body massage from head to toe, using warm therapeutic oils and soothing wax balms that melt beautifully into the skin.

The slow, rhythmic techniques help to:

• release physical tension
• calm the nervous system
• improve circulation
• ease muscular discomfort
• restore a sense of inner balance

This is not just a massage, it’s a deep sensory reset for both body and mind.

Your treatment lasts 90–120 minutes, allowing you the time and space to fully unwind without feeling rushed.
