Before the massage begins, I guide you through a gentle passive relaxation and meditation, helping to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. Many clients say this moment alone feels like they’ve finally found their “zen”.
From here, your journey continues into a flowing full-body massage from head to toe, nourishing spinal massage and lifting facial massage, using warm therapeutic oils and soothing wax balms that melt beautifully into the skin.
